Industrial EPT for Quenching Gear Induction Hardening Generator
Introduction of induction hardening/quenching machine:
1) LSW-80 induction hardening machine with IGBT series parallel induction heating technology as the core.
2) Heating the metal workpiece to a certain temperature, then cool it rapidly to change its machine structure to achieve some special mechanical properties.
3) The principle is the magnetic induction heating principle.
4) Oscillation frequency selection: the deeper the quenching layer is, the lower the frequency is needed.
5) Wttage selection: when the quenching area is big, and quenching layer is thin, big wattage quenching equipment is needed.

Application
It is mainly aims to change the rigidity of the metal materia EPT through the heat treatment to work pieces. Detail applications are stated as follows:
1. Quenching for various hardware and tools, such as plier, wrench, hammer, ax, screwing too EPT and shear (orchard shear).
2.Quenching for various automobile and motorcycle fittings, such as crankshaft, connecting rod, piston pin, chain wheel, aluminum wheel, valve, rock arm shaft, semi drive shaft, small shaft and fork.
3. Various electric tools, such as gear and axes.
4. Quenching for machine tools, such as lathe deck and guide rail.
5. Quenching for various hardware metal parts and machined parts, such as shaft, gear (chain wheel), cam, chuck and clamp etc.
6. Quenching for hardware molds, such as small-size mold, mold accessory and inner hole of mold.
Multifunction of induction hardening/quenching machine:
1) Heating/Hot forging: hot forging and hot rolling of fastener standard parts, automobile parts, hardware, cables, twi EPT drill, etc.
2) Hardening/Quenching: for shafts, gears, chain wheels, castellated shafts, machine too EPT surfaces and bodies, automobiles, motorcycle parts, etc. quenching.

Packaging: Induction hardening machine wrapped with plastic films and foam first, then put it into a standard export wooden case and fasten at last. (Can be customized if needed.)
