Each hardened batch is tested with regard to surface hardness, case depth, and, where appropriate, microstructure condition at our in-house material testing lab. Even highly complex shape and position tolerances as well as gearing qualities can be ensured at our category 3 testing room using Zeiss and Klingelnberg measuring machines.
