Traditional kiln pipeline transmission is mainly applied cycloid gearbox + sprocket chain or helical gear + sprocket chain. But sprocket & chain is easy to wear and tear or wear off, and has short service life. And the equipment space is small, hard for replace maintenance. Oil leakage pollute the wor ept environment.
While this inline mounted geared motor for kiln machine with closed hardened-tooth gear drive, easy to assemble & disassemble, long wor ept life and reduce maintenance costs. It mount directly with the work machine shaft, eliminated the sprocket and chain, make the structure simple and reliable.
